Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will give you complete authority over your e-mailboxes and mailing lists. With this intuitive GUI, you can create a brand new mail account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can forward mails from one mailbox to another, finetune email filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your e-mail boxes against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted e-mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming emails on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and select the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming messages from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Just specify the e-mailbox account you want to forward e-mail messages from, then specify the target email mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
